Personal Training


Personal Training or Coaching can involve a combination of many activities and “tools” - all chosen from a Personal Trainer’s "toolbox". It can be a combination of weight training, yoga, cardio, core work, pilates and nutrition advice - all tailored to your specific needs and put together in a programme specifically for you - to reach your goals.

"PT" traditionally, and up until very recently, has always been "in person" - in gyms, homes and places of work - in locations that you can physically get to. But since the COVID pandemic completely turned the health and fitness industry upside down, Coaching can now also be delivered online and from anywhere in the world!

If “in person” training does not work for you, perhaps due to venue availability, perhaps due to cost, or perhaps due to calendar availability and time restriction, then “Online Coaching” may be the answer!
