Greenstone Fit's founder, Simon Bradley, was born in in England, but grew up in New Zealand, and Greenstone, or "Pounamu" in Maori, is a precious stone unique to New Zealand.

Greenstone Fit was born during the 2020 covid pandemic, when gyms and teaching venues suddenly closed and the fitness industry had to find new ways of reaching and helping people.

Online training wasn't new, but the pandemic changed everything. We can now Coach people online in every corner of the world, in all time zones, and train people we never could have reached beforehand.
