Weight Management, whether it be to lose weight or gain weight, is the strategy of balancing the amount of fuel that you put into your body with the activity you engage in that burns that fuel. So how do you do this?
Track Your Nutrition & Health Data
There are various tools that can be used to calculate the calorie and nutrient content of foods, and I am currently using one such tool myself (yes, I too want to watch my weight!). It's called Cronometer. It has a very large database that includes UK foods and I've yet to not be able to find any food I want to input! I currently use the FREE plan, but there is also the option to upgrade for more advanced features if you want to at any time.
