"I first approached Simon for help with personal training at a time in my life when I was at my wits end. He felt to me like the only shot of hope I had; and whilst that sounds like quite a dramatic thing to say it is sadly quite fitting for the state I was in.
At that time I weighed a mere five stone three; and had been battling a severe eating disorder for the best of thirteen years of my life. I knew that I was not ready to die, that I had to change and to recover but up until that point nothing had worked.

But not only that, I have my life back, I can laugh properly, I can enjoy spending time with the people I love, and I can treat food as my fuel rather than my enemy.
Working with Simon is hard work, he has pushed me at times, but only because he knows that I can do it. He is supportive, and caring and incredibly dedicated to ensuring that each session is as good as it can be. He has taught me the importance of good nutrition, sleep and overall lifestyle.
