Yoga


Alongside more traditional Personal Training and Fitness Coaching, I am also a fully qualified Yoga teacher. 

Some of my clients practice yoga exclusively, while others combine yoga with weight training, cardio -respiratory work (cardio), pilates, boxing and any other number of activities in accordance with their goals and preferences.

Personal Training and Coaching can in fact draw on a number of disciplines to achieve the results we want, and while yoga is a multi-faceted pursuit all by itself, nonetheless it can be used as another "tool" in our 'toolbox'' and become an important component of any Training regime.
