I decided not to return to teaching my "in-person" yoga classes after the pandemic, although the door remains open at the studios where I used to teach, and I will keep everyone up to date if I do return to teaching these classes, via my regular Newsletter.

I also wound down the online zoom classes I was holding during lockdowns and for many months after this too.

I now post regular Yoga Classes which you can follow along to completely free of charge on YouTube, and also offer an advert-free library of these classes as part of my Online Coaching Programme, which you can find out more about by clicking the button below:
