Personal Training can involve a combination of many activities and “tools” in a Personal Trainer’s toolbox, all designed to achieve your health and fitness goals. Coaching can be a combination of weight training, yoga, cardio, core work, pilates and nutrition advice - all tailored to your specific needs and put together in a programme specific to you. 

And since the COVID pandemic completely turned the health and fitness industry upside down, Personal Training can now be delivered both “in person” - in a gym, home or place of work - or in fact virtually and online, from anywhere in the world!

On the following pages, you will find further details about “In Person” One-to-One Personal Training, at a venue that has the facilities needed to suit your training programme.

However if “In Person” training does not work for you, perhaps due to venue availability, perhaps due to cost, or perhaps due to calendar availability and time restriction, then I do now also offer “Online Group Coaching” which you will find on the page headed Coaching and Courses.  This new type of Personal Training is truly one of the biggest positives to come out of the COVID pandemic, and allows me to coach you online, wherever you are in the world, at your own venue, at your own pace, and on your own schedule, and together with a rapidly growing community of like minded individuals, all working towards similar goals…
